About The Position

The Memory Care Advisor - Sales and Marketing Director at Arden Courts of Wayne is responsible for enhancing Assisted Living occupancy through effective marketing strategies and sales techniques. This role involves building relationships with referral sources, managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Sales experience, particularly in health care services, products, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Assisted Living occupancy through marketing and sales techniques.
  • Engage in growing move-ins and maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Develop relationships with referral sources to ensure a consistent flow of quality referrals.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage referral source sales effectively.
  • Execute an annual sales and marketing plan within budget.
  • Maintain a media contact list and submit press releases to local media monthly.
  • Develop monthly communications to inquiry leads and work on print advertisements and media campaigns.
  • Model customer service principles and promote customer appreciation throughout the building.
  • Complete and submit required sales and marketing reports.
