Denver Botanic Gardens is currently seeking a Full Time Membership, Visitor and Volunteer Services Department Coordinator in our Membership, Visitor and Volunteer Department. The Membership, Visitor, and Volunteer Services Department Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the department. Key responsibilities include tracking, gathering, and reporting attendance numbers for the organization, processing department invoices, ordering supplies, and providing general administrative support. The coordinator assists in planning and executing department events and programs and supports the Volunteer Services team by leading, training, and supporting volunteers at various events. This position acts as a first point of contact for the department.
