This position is responsible for creating the best possible Gold’s Gym experience for all prospective members and, class, and service inquiries. The key focus of this position is to establish rapport with a prospective member to convert the inquiry into a gym appointment or sale. Additionally, the Membership Specialist will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. This position will provide assistance to members' requests along with inquiries about gym operations and policies as well as perform various administrative duties.
