IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an upbeat, focused, and analytical individual to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with technology and assisting customers in a corporate environment. This person must be well-organized and extremely personable. We are looking for a quick learner who is flexible and can take on a variety of projects. This position is for a Membership Specialist who is passionate about and dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our growing number of customers. #LI-MM1 This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.
