About The Position

The Membership Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for all membership-related questions, requests, and/or concerns. The Membership Services Representative is responsible for answering phone calls, assisting with membership related issues, resolving complaints and processing membership transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Proven customer service experience required; prior call center or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, VOIP phone systems and database programs
  • Ability to work well with others

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred, not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer high volume of incoming calls
  • Respond to written email inquiries regarding membership and Life Flight Network
  • Actively listen to members and identify their needs
  • Provide information on membership fees, benefits, and other pertinent information regarding the membership programs
  • Determine membership eligibility based on established criteria
  • Recommend membership products to members and potential members
  • Securely process payments for membership and/or donations
  • Data entry into Membership database and/or internal trackers
  • Investigate and resolve membership and/or payment issues
  • Maintain accurate membership and donation records, including adhering to data privacy requirements
