About The Position

The Membership Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for all membership-related questions, requests, and/or concerns. The Membership Services Representative is responsible for answering phone calls, assisting with membership related issues, resolving complaints and processing membership transactions.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED required
Proven customer service experience required; prior call center or receptionist experience preferred.
Must have excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficient with Microsoft products, VOIP phone systems and database programs
Ability to work well with others

Nice To Haves

Bilingual preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Answer high volume of incoming calls
Respond to written email inquiries regarding membership and Life Flight Network
Actively listen to members and identify their needs
Provide information on membership fees, benefits, and other pertinent information regarding the membership programs
Determine membership eligibility based on established criteria
Recommend membership products to members and potential members
Securely process payments for membership and/or donations
Data entry into Membership database and/or internal trackers
Investigate and resolve membership and/or payment issues
Maintain accurate membership and donation records, including adhering to data privacy requirements
