About The Position

Club Pilates is seeking a friendly and motivated Front Desk Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team. The position involves both phone and in-person interactions with clients, assisting them with various needs related to their memberships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Assist with seasonal decor, retail displays, and social media presence.
