About The Position

The Membership Sales Lead plays a crucial role in representing UFC GYM by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and entertaining experience for all members and guests. This position is responsible for driving potential members into the gym and delivering industry-leading customer service to both new and existing members.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of the fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative, and entertaining experience for all members and guests.
• Drive potential members into the gym and deliver industry-leading customer service.
• Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals.
• Ensure that 100% of guests are presented the 'Fitness Tour' when touring guests around the gym.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Provide the highest level of customer service when communicating and interacting with guests.
• Present a la carte add-on amenities to current memberships and explain their value.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.
