About The Position
The Membership Sales Specialist is a results-driven, sales role responsible for driving new membership growth for Club Pilates studios in presale and sustained studio phases. This role executes the Club Pilates sales process on warm leads, delivering a best-in-class sales experience while consistently converting prospects into long-term members.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Club Pilates sales process with warm leads generated through marketing and studio outreach
- Present and sell Club Pilates membership options clearly and confidently
- Build rapport with prospective members and identify their fitness goals
- Effectively overcome objections and close membership sales
- Maintain accurate lead follow-up and conversion tracking
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals to ramp studio membership counts
- Minimum 300 outbound calls weekly
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Manager of Projects
