About The Position
We’re growing our urgent care system in Boise and looking for a driven sales professional to sell healthcare membership plans to individuals, families, and local businesses.
Requirements
- Sales experience, healthcare or membership sales a plus
- Understanding of health insurance or self-pay healthcare models
- Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Sell urgent care membership plans using inbound and outbound leads
- Explain benefits, pricing, and how memberships compare to traditional insurance
- Follow up consistently until leads close or clearly don’t
- Build relationships in the Boise community
- Track activity and results in our CRM
