About h.wood Rolodex: Rolodex is our bespoke, application-based membership that delivers white-glove hospitality through a dedicated mobile app and concierge—providing priority reservations across h.wood venues, members-only access, and special experiences. Current published pricing: $2,500/year. The mobile app (built on PeopleVine) enables members to view venues, make reservations, book events, and manage their account. ROLE SUMMARY: The Marketing & Membership Specialist is a sales-forward marketer and relationship builder who grows and nurtures the h.wood Rolodex community. You’ll run targeted campaigns and funnels to acquire new members, convert prospects, and elevate member experience through concierge-level service, on-site presence at nighttime activations, and crisp CRM execution (PeopleVine + 7Rooms/venue tools). You’ll partner cross-functionally with Memberships, Marketing, Reservations, and Venue Leadership to deliver measurable growth and best-in-class hospitality.
