About The Position

Under the direction of the ChooseHome Executive Director, the ChooseHome Membership Sales Executive leads marketing, sales, and lead-generation efforts to achieve program membership goals. This role collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and the Riverside Corporate Marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, guide prospects from initial inquiry through enrollment, build strong relationships with members and referral sources, and track performance against established targets. What you will do Act as a liaison to the community through regular involvement in programs, public appearances, and speaking engagements. Plan, coordinate, and deliver presentations to prospects, community/specialty service providers, business referral sources, and Riverside executives and board of directors. Plan, coordinate, and deliver joint presentations/special events with referral sources to prospects. Maintain relationships with business and community service providers to develop business opportunities and facilitate referrals. Respond to all prospect inquiries and qualify prospects generated by marketing initiatives. Move prospects from inquiry to closed sales: Meet with prospects to determine needs and goals, provide overview of ChooseHome program and plans, develop and maintain program interest, answer questions and proactively provide information, conduct cost-benefit analysis and other evaluations and comparisons, guide prospects to appropriate plan selection. Coordinate all aspects of health assessment. Prepare and conduct member signings (i.e., create invoices; prepare member agreements and handbooks; coordinate closing gifts; collect payment and appropriate documents at signing; process payments and documents). Schedule assessments between prospects and ChooseHome Executive Director/clinical team. – Work with the business office coordinator to coordinate with doctors and specialty care providers to secure medical records and ensure proper paperwork is completed in a timely manner. Coordinate the timely review and approval of required paperwork by the Executive Director and clinical team. - Keep prospective member updated and informed throughout process. Schedule member signings. Demonstrate project management skills to include project tracking, reporting, and measurement activities that indicate progress towards program/department/system/corporate goals. Complete project within assigned time frame. Conduct ongoing business reviews of implemented projects to assess whether projects have achieved goals (financial, volume, quality, service, etc.) and assists Operational Leader in adjusting strategy or implementation as necessary. Assist in the creation of business, sales, and marketing plans and ProForma development. Track, prepare, and present reports detailing effectiveness of marketing, sales, and lead generation initiatives. Coordinate communications between ChooseHome marketing and sales team and appropriate Riverside directors, teams, and departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree, (Required)
  • 2 years Recent sales and presentation experience (Required)
  • Drives personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time to perform essential functions of the job
  • Valid Drivers License Required
