What we do: Convert leads into first visits Personalize the guest's sauna experience Welcome each guest by name and with enthusiasm Ensure they know how to properly use all sauna/tv features Promote the benefits of IR Saunas Communicate the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Maintain clean facility and studio appearance Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Contribute daily to studio metrics
Requirements
- Loves early mornings (shift begins at 6:35am)
- Is ready to manage a boutique studio independently
- Is driven by data and rewarded by results
- Champions our members' progress
- Shows hospitality to all guests
- Is passionate about improving our guests' mental & physical wellbeing
Responsibilities
