About The Position

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people. We Offer Hourly Pay Some sales experience preferred. We offer comprehensive training. All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want Established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increase Great working environment! Employee recognition incentives (gift cards,...etc.) Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs We are open 7 days a week and the hours for shifts are Mon-Fri 6:30a-9:30p and Sat/Sun 7:30am-8:30p. We are trying to incorporate a mid evening shift of 4-5 hours per day.
