Our ideal candidate brings more than just a great attitude — they also have a background that supports success in a sales-driven, guest-focused environment. Experience in fitness or wellness is a plus, as it helps you connect authentically with guests and their goals. We also value candidates with previous sales or hospitality experience, especially in customer-facing or luxury service settings where personalized service matters. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead follow-up, or client outreach is highly beneficial, as consistent communication and relationship-building are key parts of this role.
