The Membership Sales Ambassador is responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling BJ’s Loyalty Programs. This role also handles merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries, providing excellent and efficient member service. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. The role emphasizes delivering service excellence, resolving member concerns, and ensuring a safe and positive experience for members, adhering to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and GOLD Club Standards (all items stocked, promotional plans executed, accurate signage, clean and organized club). Additionally, the ambassador should understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for their department and see the connection between consistent execution and positive business impact.
