The Membership Sales Agent is responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling BJ’s Loyalty Programs. This role also handles merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries, providing excellent and efficient member service. Team Members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies and compliance, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also responsible for delivering service excellence, resolving member concerns, and ensuring a safe and positive experience for members, adhering to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards. This includes working as a team to deliver daily club standards, ensuring items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is accurate, and the club is clean and organized. The role also involves understanding and utilizing production and/or financial performance reporting for the department to see the connection between consistent execution and business impact. Responsibilities

• Executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, cross-selling BJ’s Loyatly Programs.
• Responsible for merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer services inquiries.
• Provides excellent and efficient member service.

• Sells BJ’s membership products to potential new and existing members with high energy and determination

• Exhibits clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, and Co-Brand credit card.
• Delivers superior customer service to Members by serving as a first line point-of-contact regarding membership, credit card applications, general questions, issues, merchandise returns, exchanges, product look up, and pick-ups.
• Follows tax exempt/resale membership policies in regard to the retention processes and procedures, including monitoring membership renewals and tax-exempt/resale status.
• Resolves Member concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Escalates issues to PIC and MOD when necessary.
• Assists with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
