About The Position

Elements Massage is a wellness studio seeking an engaging, outgoing professional to lead membership sales and customer service for new and existing clients. Our team members are those who: Confidently follow a structured sales process to promote our membership program Are resourceful, adaptable, and confident making decisions while staying aligned with our brand and systems Love engaging in meaningful conversations—and know the power of listening Turn feedback or challenges into opportunities to deliver unforgettable service Have previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting Are comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing Are enthusiastic about creating a positive work culture for both clients and teammates What You'll Do As the first and last point of contact, you play a vital role in creating an outstanding studio experience. Responsibilities

- Hourly pay: $12.50–$14 based on experience
