Elements Massage Sugar Land is a wellness studio looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead retail sales and customer service of potential clients and current members. We're currently looking for a Membership Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate who’s passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoys working in a client-focused setting. We’re looking for someone who: Cconfidently follow a structured sales process to promote our membership program Loves engaging in meaningful conversations—and knows the power of listening Turns feedback or challenges into opportunities to deliver unforgettable service Has previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting Is comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing Is enthusiastic about creating a positive work culture for both clients and teammates As the first and last point of contact, you play a vital role in creating an outstanding studio experience.
Requirements
- Confidently follow a structured sales process to promote our membership program
- Loves engaging in meaningful conversations—and knows the power of listening
- Turns feedback or challenges into opportunities to deliver unforgettable service
- Has previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
- Is comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing
- Is enthusiastic about creating a positive work culture for both clients and teammates
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients warmly
- Educating clients on the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program
- Following a proven sales process
- Answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling and general inquiries
- Collaborating with managers and massage therapists to create a seamless and caring environment for every client
Benefits
- Hourly pay: $12.50–$14 based on experience
