As a full-time Membership Sales Advisor at Equinox, you will serve as a brand ambassador, promoting health and fitness while building lasting relationships with prospective and current members. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed individual sales goals through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and member referrals. You will work closely with the General Manager and Regional Sales Manager, ensuring that you are knowledgeable about all club amenities, features, and programs to enhance the member experience.
