About The Position

Tempos Membership Relations Specialist will help support and maintain the companys Club Membership Program that provides all year-round regular HVAC system check-ups to catch any potential issues early and prevent the need for any emergency services. The Membership Relations Specialist also communicates with club members and special offers or promotions that are available to club members. This position is a top-notch, first impression specialist that is committed to providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Requirements

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years experience of Customer Service and/or relevant experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry and terminology is recommended but not required.
  • Experience in HVAC or construction is a plus.
  • Product knowledge of Tempos services a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Be well versed and knowledgeable in Tempo Club Membership and benefits
  • Sell and renew Tempo Club Memberships
  • Maintain customer retention
  • Organize and maintain membership records
  • Provide management with accurate reporting
  • Meet and exceed goals and expectations for sales and customer satisfaction
  • Other duties assigned
