Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• GED or High School Equivalency required.
• 1-3 years of proven sales and selling experience, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Prior experience supervising, mentoring, and developing staff in a sales or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A strong passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Deliver daily interactive training sessions to strengthen your team’s skills using our proven sales playbook —covering classic sales techniques, effective rapport building, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement marketing and prospecting strategies to maximize membership lead generation at the club level.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficient workflows and an exceptional experience for prospective members.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent .
• Serve as a front-facing leader , providing guidance and support to both staff and members.
• Collaborate with other department managers to deliver seamless operations and a consistent member experience.
• Take full accountability for the sales success and professional development of your team and location.
