About The Position

The Membership Manager at the Master Builders Association of Pierce County is responsible for developing and executing membership sales and marketing strategies to meet the goals set by the Board of Directors. This role involves managing member benefits, increasing member participation, and overseeing the Membership Services and Programs Assistant. The Membership Manager will also coordinate events, sponsorships, and maintain accurate membership records while ensuring effective communication with members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop membership sales and marketing functions to achieve membership goals.
• Work with Member Benefit Partners to increase member participation in programs.
• Assist in executing and maintaining the Master Builders' Sponsorship Program.
• Manage the Membership Services and Programs Assistant.
• Create membership marketing materials and sponsorship campaign materials with the Communications Director.
• Recruit new members through referrals and community events.
• Prepare onboarding materials for new members and benefit enrollment materials.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for membership and sponsorships.
• Prepare reports for the Board of Directors regarding membership activities.
• Coordinate membership events and ensure successful execution.
