We are preparing to open our doors to welcome guests next month and looking for positive, confident, result-oriented team members who love to connect with people. Membership Sales Associates will drive membership growth, build community partnerships, and deliver first-class studio experience. This role blends consultative sales, and hospitality-level service in a performance-based environment. Requirements
- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
- A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience
- Evening and weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
