About The Position

The Central Parkway YMCA has immediate openings for Membership Experience Staff. You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for members and guests. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with memberships, and contributing to an inclusive, supportive YMCA environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
  • Highly organized and detail-focused
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide information on YMCA memberships, programs, and services
  • Process new memberships and update member records
  • Promote a welcoming environment aligned with YMCA values
  • Support the daily operations of the Welcome Center
  • Respond promptly and effectively to member inquiries and concerns
