Membership Engagement Specialist
About The Position
The member engagement specialist will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. Requirements
- No degree or previous experience is required.
- Dependable with a passion for health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically greets each member and guest promptly
- Personally checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
- Register all guests in the gym using proper registration procedures
- Provides new guests with a tour of the gym and helps answer questions about current membership options
