About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, focusing on Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a private club setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and managerial skills.
• Experience with CRM and social media platforms is desirable.

Nice To Haves

• Industry certifications such as CCM, CCE, CMC, or PGA are encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective members.
• Conduct tours and meetings with prospective members, answering their questions.
• Play golf with prospective members to foster relationships.
• Develop and implement the membership orientation process.
• Engage in sales follow-up activities to convert prospects into active members.
• Oversee the membership renewal process and manage member attrition campaigns.
• Organize marketing activities to attract prospective members, including setting the marketing strategy and maintaining the club's website.
• Attend industry trade shows and implement lead-generating campaigns.
• Organize the member event calendar and participate in social activities throughout the year.
• Serve as the main point of contact for media-related events and activities.
• Communicate club business to the membership population through various channels.
• Troubleshoot and solve member-related issues and complaints.
• Engage in administrative functions related to member activities, including maintaining membership documents and processing applications.
