Manage the overall digital communications needs of the Philanthropy team, with an emphasis on membership email and SMS, ensuring full integration with other membership communications. Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including fundraising campaigns, automations, ad hoc campaigns, and communications for other teams within Philanthropy. Inform strategies with robust email and SMS tracking and reporting, testing, and an understanding of email marketing best practices. Collaborate with teams across the organization to develop communications journeys for Cascade PBS audiences and create a cohesive experience. Extract, transform and deliver data and reporting for SMS and email marketing campaigns. Demonstrate Cascade PBS’s values of integrity, community, innovation and diversity.
