About The Position

The Membership Desk & Sales Associate at Romp N' Roll Concord is responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service to families attending classes, and promoting memberships. This part-time role involves various administrative tasks, including communication with clients and assisting with class preparations.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to relate to children and adults in a parent/child setting
• Be extremely organized
• Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting

• Experience working with children is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk
• Greet and check in families attending classes
• Answer phone calls, emails, and texts from current and prospective clients
• Use Mindbody to sign people up for classes, birthday parties, and special events
• Promote and upsell memberships to prospective families after their first visit
• Create and keep up with contact logs
• Clean and maintain cleanliness of the bathrooms and front lobby
• Assist with art prep as needed (e.g., cutting shapes, gathering supplies)
• Assist teacher with class preparations as needed
