About The Position

As a Membership Counselor at LA Fitness, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and fitness by presenting our clubs to potential members and assisting them in selecting the right membership options. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fitness and eager to help others achieve their health goals. While prior sales experience is beneficial, we are committed to providing training and resources to those who demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of up to $20, along with the opportunity to earn commissions based on performance. Additionally, employees receive a complimentary club membership, which allows them to experience the benefits of our facilities firsthand. The Membership Counselor position is not just about selling memberships; it is about building relationships with potential members and understanding their fitness needs. You will be responsible for conducting tours of the facility, explaining membership options, and addressing any questions or concerns that prospective members may have.
