About The Position

The Membership Counselor at Hardcore Fitness Lancaster is a part-time role focused on generating membership sales and fostering community engagement. The position requires a high-energy individual who is passionate about fitness and committed to delivering exceptional experiences to both current and prospective members. The counselor will engage with the community, educate potential members about the gym's offerings, and maintain accurate records of member interactions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in gym tours and lead inquiries after training.

Nice To Haves

• Conversational Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate membership sales through active community engagement, off-site and on-site events, and prospecting via the Sales Process.
• Educate prospective members on the gym's history, culture, and membership options.
• Follow up on all prospects using Hardcore Fitness sales systems and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospective and current members through the CRM system.
• Book membership appointments and conduct club tours using established sales processes.
• Work closely with the club's General Managers to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Remain knowledgeable about all membership options, services, products, pricing, and promotions.
• Prepare for, attend, and actively participate in sales meetings and club events as directed by the General Managers.
• Support other staff in achieving their goals and maintain positive relationships with all staff and members.
• Complete Hardcore Fitness Onboard Training and Sales Process Training.
