NEXGEN is seeking a Membership Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for managing, retaining, and growing our Membership client base. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring account accuracy, and reinforcing the value of our Membership program. Why Join Us Stable, full-time schedule with consistent hours Opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and retention Collaborative team environment with growth potential Meaningful role in a customer-focused organization Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Membership Collections & Retention Proactively contact past-due Membership clients to collect outstanding fees and retain active members Reach out to eligible clients to renew prepaid Memberships (non-A/R accounts) Effectively communicate the value of the Membership program to prevent cancellations Resolve membership concerns with professionalism and urgency Account Accuracy & Maintenance Verify completed jobs are properly marked in the system Schedule seasonal tune-ups for clients who have not yet received service Correct account statuses for inactive or canceled Memberships Monitor daily reports and remove inaccurate Membership statuses Perform ongoing data cleanup for HVAC and plumbing membership lists Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with the Marketing team to support Membership growth initiatives Share feedback and insights with leadership on retention strategies and outreach effectiveness Assist with additional tasks as needed to support Call Center operations Qualifications Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, collections, or account management Strong ability to build value, overcome objections, and retain customers Solid understanding of inbound call handling and membership-based programs Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills Intermediate proficiency in Excel and general computer systems Ability to manage outreach across multiple communication channels Strong time-management skills with a sense of urgency and accountability Flexible, proactive mindset with a team-first attitude Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
