About The Position
The Conference Services Coordinator will provide support to the Director of Conference Services and Conference Services Managers at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. This role involves assisting with all membership office sales efforts, responding to inquiries, liaising with members and staff, coordinating member events, and managing communications related to membership events. The coordinator will also handle record keeping, CRM data management, and assist with reservations for various resort services. The position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of the resort.
