Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and information to members and potential new members about membership offerings, benefits, activities, and services.
  • Support the Membership sales team in processing new members, renewals, cancellations, and maintaining orientation documents.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of all membership changes, both revenue-generating and non-revenue generating.
  • Answer questions regarding membership benefits and promote resort amenities by arranging services such as dining and entertainment.
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and executing member programming and social events.
  • Maintain the Club website and create regular email newsletters to promote events and news to Club members.
  • Ensure member satisfaction through follow-up programs for new members.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and prioritize member satisfaction.
