About The Position

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake is seeking a dynamic Membership Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our organization. If you're passionate, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. In order to best serve this community, fluent Spanish speaking is a requirement.

Requirements

• Spanish-speaking fluency
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening
• 21 years and over required (to meet driving requirements), be willing and able to drive 15 passenger vans

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of office experience
• 1 year of experience working with youth

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate membership records and database entries, ensuring smooth operations for our members and staff
• Field inquiries from parents and families, assist with youth registration and renewals, and provide exceptional customer service
• Help coordinate member events and meetings
• Organize office supplies and handle payments
• Engage with our young members, offering mentorship and support as they navigate their Club experience
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
