About The Position
As a Membership Consultant at Gold's Gym in the DC Metro Area, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our gym services to potential members. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the community and help individuals achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for generating sales through various outreach initiatives, including both company and employee-sponsored promotions. Your ability to maintain accurate records using established Gold's Gym sales systems will be essential in tracking your progress and ensuring effective follow-up with prospects. In this role, you will conduct gym tours to showcase our facilities and services, addressing inquiries from potential members through telephone and in-person interactions. A thorough understanding of company policies and procedures related to gym operations is vital, as you will be expected to enforce these standards while developing your selling skills. You will also be tasked with driving sales and maintaining expectations for service upsells, with specific targets for our Studio/On-Demand 30 Day Trial and Personal Training attachments. Collaboration with the Director of Marketing will be key, as you will participate in community events to further promote Gold's Gym and its offerings.
