The primary role of a membership consultant is to promote the sale of new memberships by consulting with appointments and walk-ins to learn their fitness goals, tour them throughout the club, and choose the membership that best fits their goals. Be instrumental in their fitness quest and earn their referrals by getting them set up with a trainer and by providing motivational support through follow up meetings and phone calls.
