About The Position

The Membership Consultant is responsible for overseeing membership sales, facility tours, and member retention. This individual will also be responsible for coaching classes weekly as needed. Responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals. Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources. Have a growth mindset and wants to be part of a high performing and understanding team Is a positive spark, doesn't take things too seriously, but is still professional and values personal connections Up for a challenge, you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and like the idea of meeting lots of people and keeping our members happy

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
  • Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
  • Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
  • Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
  • Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
  • 1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer (or show us you are willing to learn)

Nice To Haves

  • Personal Training Certification is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.
  • Responsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month.
  • Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions
  • Responsible for hitting monthly new member growth goals
  • Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests
  • Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit - you help inspire them to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our community
  • Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
  • Character, care, and communication skills
  • Energetic and attentive
  • Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
  • Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
  • Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
