About The Position
As a Membership Concierge at Life Time Athletic Resorts, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the member experience within our vibrant community focused on health and wellness. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and are eager to contribute to a lifestyle that promotes healthier and happier living. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, embodying a hospitality mindset that fosters relationships and creates extraordinary experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing account maintenance, delivering exceptional service, and engaging with members and guests to ensure their needs are met effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and facilitating incoming phone calls, providing information about club programming, events, pricing, and policies. You will assist members with account maintenance, processing their needs, changes, and transactions, including payments for programs, services, and products. Additionally, you will serve as a key contact for new member acquisition and retention, addressing any questions or concerns through effective problem-solving and service recovery techniques. This position not only allows you to grow your skills but also encourages you to build a professional network through self-directed progression in our hospitality certification levels, ultimately creating a customized succession plan to achieve your professional goals.
