About The Position

The Membership Concierge at Sawgrass Country Club serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional service. This role involves managing member requests, maintaining communication between the club and its members, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance the member experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar position.
• Two (2) years of college preferred.
• Strong customer service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy members.
• Professional presentation at all times.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Understanding of large language models, e.g., Chat GPT.

Responsibilities

• Answer the main phone line at the Concierge desk and respond to email inquiries.
• Fulfill member requests including activating and issuing fobs, tracking applicable charges, and creating membership cards.
• Manage Family Charge Privilege by tracking and creating packets, cards, and accounts.
• Issue and apply member car decals and create temporary car decals.
• Act as a gatekeeper for the administrative offices.
• Assist with reciprocal membership maintenance.
• Create new member welcome packets and bags.
• Maintain open communication between the club and members, relaying observations and suggestions to management.
• Assist members with website and app login credentials.
• Cover Member Service Coordinator duties when necessary.
• Act as a liaison between members and necessary departments.
• Assist with special member events upon request.
