The role involves actively engaging with members and guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they enter the club. In this role, you will facilitate the check-in process for members and guests, ensuring that their arrival is smooth and welcoming. You will also be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, providing information about club programming, events, pricing, and policies. Building strong relationships with members and guests is crucial, as you will be expected to create memorable service experiences that enhance brand loyalty. Additionally, you will assist members with account maintenance, processing their needs, changes, and transactions, including payments for programs, services, and products. As part of the Certified Retention Team, you will engage with members who are considering canceling their memberships, providing them with options and facilitating the best choice for their needs. Service recovery is also a key aspect of this role, as you will address member questions and concerns, utilizing the appropriate tools and resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Customizing the buying experience for prospective members is essential, as you will encourage them to explore amenities and programs that align with their interests. Administrative duties, including club paperwork and cash drawer reconciliation, will also be part of your responsibilities.
