Job Summary: The Club Membership Concierge is responsible for providing assistance to members and serve as an information source for directions, activities, events, dining options, hours of operation, etc. Essential Functions: · Greet members by name as they enter the Club and thank members as they are leaving the Club · Assist with Member Cards, Membership rostra's, Dining Reservations, and be knowledgeable of all member software programs. · Answer telephone calls from members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner · Direct member calls to appropriate department · Maintains knowledge of Club's activities calendar, membership levels, rules and regulations, and communicates accurate information to members · Serves as an information liaison between members and Club · Using and updating database, club records, and correspondence · Assists in making reservations at the Club restaurant for members · Administer reciprocity program for reservation requests · Accepts member complaints and works with department heads to provide solutions to achieve member satisfaction in a professional and timely manner · Works closely with Club team members and managers to ensure that the member and guest expectations are exceeded · Inspects and oversees the cleanliness and maintenance of the clubhouse entry areas · Creates Membership packets when needed · Assists guests and follows up with various services such as making dining reservations, member event reservations, coordinating car and limousine service, providing directions, and other special arrangements · Assists guests with general questions and concerns regarding events and directs all other inquiries to the appropriate department or person · Must use discretion regarding members, club, and associate personal information and display proper judgement when discussing sensitive and confidential information Secondary Functions: · Other duties as assigned Noble House and La Playa Beach & Golf Resort is a proud equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to attracting, retaining, and maximizing the performance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
