POSITION SUMMARY: The Membership Associate supports NYC Tourism + Conventions’ Membership Division through proactive outreach, member engagement, and exceptional customer service. This role assists with new member recruitment, account servicing, and program participation to ensure members receive full value from their membership. The Associate also provides support for Restaurant Week® and participates in member events and networking opportunities.
