About The Position

The Membership Associate role at the Atlanta Hawks is an entry-level position focused on ticket sales and services. The primary purpose of this role is to engage with guests, sell various ticket products, and create memorable experiences for fans attending events at the State Farm Arena. Responsibilities

  • Sell a full menu of ticket products for the Atlanta Hawks via phone and face-to-face presentations, including full and partial ticketing packages, premium tickets, group tickets, and premium hospitality packages.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual individual performance goals.
  • Set and complete out-of-office sales appointments, as well as conduct in-arena appointments to close new business.
  • Make outbound sales calls each day with the goal of generating new ticket revenue.
  • Maintain records of all sales prospecting and customer conversations with our CRM system.
  • Work evenings and weekends as needed, including all Atlanta Hawks home games for various sales-related activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Ticket Sales Manager.
