Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use a computer and perform basic clerical tasks.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, holidays and mandatory weekends.
  • Genuine interest in or enthusiasm for baseball.

Nice To Haves

  • Museum or other non-profit experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service by assisting visitors throughout the Museum, box office and reception desk.
  • Greets and interacts with members and visitors to enhance their experience in the Museum.
  • Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries from visitors and members with accurate information about the Museum, exhibits, programs and services.
  • Provides support and staffing for special events and promotional activities.
  • Completes general clerical work including answering phones, opening mail, filing, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned.
