Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in client relations, account management, or hospitality (luxury experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • A passion for sports, health, fitness, and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Actively sell memberships, sports programs, and other services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with members, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Conduct personalized tours and match clients with services that meet their needs.
  • Onboard new members, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-notch service and experiences.
  • Support member engagement and retention through ongoing communication and tailored recommendations.
  • Participate in event planning and organize member-exclusive activities to foster community and connection.
  • Track and report on membership growth and engagement metrics.
  • Be a visible, proactive ambassador throughout the facility, ready to assist and connect.
  • Engage with current and potential members through personalized outreach, calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Conduct tours and connect prospective members with programs tailored to their goals.
  • Collaborate with Member Services, Personal Training, and Sports program teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to strategize and discuss feedback.
  • Plan and execute internal and community-oriented events and member-focused activities to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Track member interactions and manage CRM tools to monitor progress and retention.
