Requirements

• Energy & Enthusiasm
• A Passion for Fitness
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work flexible hours, as necessary during closeouts or end of month
• A "roll up the sleeves" mentality
• Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

• Change lives
• Provide exceptional customer service to all our members and guests and get them excited about reaching their fitness goals
• Utilize your sales skills to sell memberships and hit monthly goals
• Create an energetic and friendly environment for all members
• Share your knowledge and passion for fitness by educating new members on our membership types, features and amenities
• Deliver on the extraordinary Edge member experience, hellos and goodbyes are a must
• Create excitement and interest for our clubs with prospects over the phone and in person
