Requirements

• Energy & Enthusiasm
• A Passion for Fitness
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work flexible hours, as necessary during closeouts or end of month
• A 'roll up the sleeves' mentality
• Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

• Change lives
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
• Utilize sales skills to sell memberships and hit monthly goals
• Create an energetic and friendly environment for all members
• Educate new members on membership types, features, and amenities
• Deliver on the extraordinary Edge member experience
• Create excitement and interest for our clubs with prospects over the phone and in person
