About The Position

We are looking for a Membership Accounting Representative! Who we are: Wellbridge owns and operates multi-sport athletic and tennis clubs in Colorado and New Mexico. Established more than 30 years ago, in 2025 we have 9 locations in 2 states. What our Membership Accounts Representatives are all about: Our Administrative Account Representatives are responsible for providing general administrative support to customer service call center department and receptionist support to corporate office. What you are all about: You are positive, energetic and enthusiastic. You are able to demonstrate the ability to multitask and work independently. You have excellent attention to detail. You have excellent communication skills and ability to work with others and office executives. You have a proven ability to maintain confidential information. You have the ability to consistently meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities. You are experience with AP and AR a plus. You have a High school diploma or equivalent. You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in general administrative/receptionist office work preferably in customer service call center environment.
