Additionally, the position requires communicating and supporting membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships, and encouraging membership renewals. The associate will oversee the assigned area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness in the parking lot. The role also includes completing accounting records, following accounting office procedures, and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. The associate will develop and implement processes to meet business needs, demonstrate compliance with company policies, and lead and participate in teams to achieve business goals.
