About The Position
The position involves assisting management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility. This includes assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches. The role also requires ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Additionally, the position entails communicating and supporting membership by providing information on membership types, processing memberships, and encouraging renewals. The individual will oversee the assigned area by handling claims and returns, organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness. The role also includes completing accounting records, developing processes to meet business needs, and promoting compliance with company standards. The candidate will be expected to embrace diversity, build strong relationships, and act with integrity while serving customers and striving for excellence.
